Programs for Freshmen

Freshmen are invited to take part in select faculty-led programs during their first year at NDSU, and have the opportunity to take part in longer term programs starting as early as the summer after freshman year. If you are excited to get started now, consider one of the programs below. Program information is updated during the summer for the following year, so check back periodically for updated information on these 2017-18 programs.

Winter Break

Japan: Me, Myself, and We
Deadline to Apply: August 15
Immerse yourself in the international hub of Tokyo, Japan, and explore identity and self-understanding in context.

Applications will become available late summer. The deadline to apply for spring break programs is November 1.
