Earn up to 15 credits per semester studying abroad in Grenoble; no previous French language study is required.
Live in French homestay or, for an additional fee, in a student residence.
A 3-credit Service Learning Option is available.
Enjoy cultural and social activities such as walking tours of Grenoble, Bastille Grenoble by cable car, visits to local museums, a wine tasting festival, hiking in the mountains, theater and concert trips, day trips and more.
A 3-day trip to Provence and a 4-day trip to Paris are included in the program fee.
Optional excursions include a 2-day trip to Burgundy in the fall and a 2-day Alpine weekend in the spring.
A 2-night tour of London, England, is included for students on the AIFS Flight Package.

AIFS is recognized as a premier provider of study abroad programs. All-inclusive program fees cover tuition, housing, a meal plan, tours and excursions, insurance and 24-hour emergency service. Since 1964, more than 1.5 million students have traveled abroad with AIFS.
The cost for participating in this affiliate program is determined by the provider and the estimate is listed on their website. You are also required to pay a small amount of student fees to NDSU for the term in order to be registered as a full-time student (or 3-6 credits for summer), but NDSU tuition is waived for the time of your participation. You are responsible for the additional costs for the application and course fees, airfare, housing and other living expenses if they are not included in the cost by the provider.

You will be required to pay the program fees due directly to the provider. Check with the provider about payment deadlines and whether you can make adjustments to your deadline based on when your financial aid will be disbursed.
